FROSTY MORNINGS - VEHICLE THEFT!

This morning we have had three incidents where vehicles have been taken off the driveways of houses in Solihull and Shirley. People have left the vehicles unattended with the engines running to defrost their cars.

Can I urge all motorists to be vigilant and not to leave your vehicle unattended with the engine running on frosty mornings. Last winter 20 vehicles were stolen in this manner across the Solihull borough. Vehicles being left insecure in this way may render your insurance invalid!
